''Venus in Fur'' is a two-person play by David Ives set in modern New York City. Carly Street won a Dora Award for her portrayal of Vanda. Rick Miller co-stars as Thomas. The production was directed by Jennifer Tarver. The play premiered in Lebanon at Theatre Monnot in March 2015 as "Venus." It was adapted by actress and director Lina Khoury and Gabriel Yammine, actor, director, and author who has translated and adapted over 75 plays. Jacques Maroun directed the play, and this is his second collaboration with Rita Hayek on stage who played Vanda.
